• Subscribers will receive all 8 issues of the 2008-09 season regardless of when their order is placed, while supplies last.



• Please allow 4-6 weeks for arrival of your first issue.



• Each issue will arrive approximately 1 month before the magazine cover date.



• For Bill Me orders and orders requiring a purchase order, please ensure payment is issued immediately after receiving your first issue (October 2008) to avoid disruption in service.



• For US orders, S&H are included in the subscription cost and there is no applicable tax.



• For international orders, please add $50 for postage and calculate any necessary taxes.



• Prices valid until February 15, 2009.
