By now, we hope you’ve already heard X Ambassadors’ “Renegades” in our Hear the Music section and read the interview with their frontman Sam Harris in our April 2016 issue. If you’ve done the latter, you’ll know that the official video for “Renegades” is much concerned with the struggles of disabled people, similar to Harris’ brother (and X Ambassadors keyboard player) Casey. It’s a well-done, inspiring video, so we figured we’d share it here. At first, you might think you’re watching a documentary or an ad, but rest assured you’re not; the music does kick in eventually.
